A simple 3 plate print to assemble a bracket and drawer to magnetically mount to a Secretlab Magnus Pro Metal Desk.
You'll need some round 20x3mm magnets like on the pictures below:
Print Front and Back of the bracket and then slide them into each other. Make sure the magnet holes face in the same direction.
BTW: The rails are a slide-n-lock system. So push the bracket parts into each other so they align seamlessly. Due to the lock-system you'll need a bit more force (not too much) before completely sliding in.
Depending on the height and load of your drawer you'll need 8 - 12 magnets which you need to press into the magnet bores. They will fit super thight and shouldn't need any additional adhesive, but you can use some if you want.
The big downside of the Magnus Pro desk is, that there are only 2 thin magnetic stripes on the bottom of the desk. So I had to come up with this multi-part solution so the bracket can attach on the front and back.
Here's a picture of how it's mounted:
To slide the drawer into the bracket you'll also need a bit of force since there's also a slide'n'lock system to avoid accidential drops.
See this detailed picture of the lock on the bracket:
Since the drawer is especially crafted for the Magnus Pro, there's not much to adapt except for the `drawer_height_inner` which is defined as a multiple of the gridfinity height-unit (7mm).
The default is set to 8 gridfinity height units.
You can just adapt the f3d-Archive parameter and it should scale accordingly.
