Spiral vase mode allow to print bigger objects with less material, time and weight. But when the thin walls of vase mode becomes a structural problem for a chair, certain forms give its strenght. I used a corrugated shape for better structure and a dynamic look.
Print in vase mode with 3 bottom horizontal shells.
For real size chair print: use the stl files named as Corrugated Chair_REV 02_Half Size and Top Vase_REV 02_Half Size and scale both up 200%. / 3mm nozzle, 2mm leyer height.
For small size print: use Corrugated Chair_REV 02_Small and Top Vase_REV 02_Small / .4 nozzle, .26 layer hight.
Print the chair and the vase in separate prints in spiral vase mode. After printing both, place the vase on the hole on top of the chair and put flowers on the vase.
