I've tried to hide the seams as much as possible.

I've included extra files for the head and right arm. You can choose:
"BFG Head Built-In supports", and "BFG Right Arm Built-in Supports" I've added supports using Meshmixer. These printed well on my printer.
or...
"BFG Head", and "BFG Right Arm" and you will need to add your own supports.

Some of the parts may be a tight fit. You may need to sand down the edges a bit or use heat to soften the plastic before assembly.
