Description

Summary One of the objects that has always been on top of my wish list was a Laser Engraver Finally I get one from GearBest. here the link: 2000mW A5 Mini Laser Engraving Machine. It is a well done object but the method to fix the GT2 transmission belts to the rails leave me with the doubt to damage the belt if you tight to much the M3 screw, directly acting on the belt surface So, thanking my 3D printer, in a snap I made an alternative block that I think works in great way. Now the pressure that locks the belt, comes from a rounded dent. Yes I experimented engraving dry biscuits ! here link to my Laser videos playlist. on YouTube Featured on Instructables :Laser Engraver reference board. More engraving examples on my Flickr Laser Album. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Supports: No Notes: printed in ABS
