3D model description

Also check out my other Vario Lynx parts in my profile.

Parts to build a convincing cockpit interior for the Vario Lynx fuselage. They are based on the Mk86 Lynx used by the Royal Norwegian Airforce from 1981 to 2014. Not everything is perfectly accurate. The cyclic and collective sticks are not accurate, and a couple of the components on the interseat console are duplicates.

Total weight of the prototype parts, including pilot figures and balsa floor, was 300 g.

Controls01 - Main rotor flight controls.
instrument01 - Main instrument panel, with .zip file containing paper backing.
Interseat01/02 - Interseat console.
Overheadconsole01 - Overhead console and throttle quadrant.
Pedals01 - Pedals and pedal adjuster screw knob.
Seat01 - Main parts for the standard Lynx seat.
Seat02 - Main parts for the norwegian seats with headrest.
Seat03 - Cushion parts and emergency seat pack.
Seat04 - Cross tubes for the seat mechanism.
Seat05 - Floor clips for clipping on the seats. Use 1.6 mm piano wire between the seat lugs.

3D printing settings

Print the interseat console with no bottom layers and no infill to make a hollow part.

Print all large parts hollow to save weight if your prinbter can handle it. The parts are laid out to print in the orientation they open.
