3D model description

Here is a ring that inspired me in an episode of the series "Pawn stars".
It is a revolver ring of the 19th century type "the small protector". It has a very steampunk style that will surely delight the amateur of the genre.
As you can see in the pictures I push the realism by realizing the mechanism
So that you can play with it. It is very small, which I was worth a week to model
And to adjust the dimensions so that the parts are mounted freely and that everything is adjusted, it is not a 100% it will surely be scratched a little in certain places with a cuter.
The spring behind the trigger was recovered in a "bic" lighter and cut about 7mm. The 2 axes of the trigger and the dog are small pieces of thread of material 1.75mm in diameter and are respectively 8.5 Mm and 11mm in length.

3D printing settings

Print preferably with a raft because without it, there is the risk of creating an "elephant's foot" which on this scale will ruin the fit of the parts.
You can use any type of material to achieve this object except for the spring part that is in PLA (yes, for its greatest hardness).
The false piece screw is to be realized with flex (nijaflex for me) I made nylon also the ABS and the PLA risks to break, the other option is to find a suitable screw.
I optimize the parts as much as possible so that they can be printed without support except for the body part of the ring or it will be necessary to use brackets to place as on the photos, all around in the groove housing the spring, the dog , The housing of the key and the screwing hole of the shaft, I parameterized the vertical separation of the supports of, 1 layer for the lower and 0 layer for the upper.
For the printing speed I am a 40 mm / s and 0.3mm in layer thickness with a 0.3mm nozzle.
My printer is a prusa i3 rework 1.5.
To install the spring part the nipple must already be placed in its housing and with a small clamp, wedge the central part with an outgrowth in the groove (put a drop of cyanoacrylate glue if it does not remain stuck. )
Voila, I pluck my hair well last week with this object, so I will be able to blow a little.
