This small maquette depicts a man riding a horse being held by a sphinx. This classically egyptian setup could represent the courage needed in war, as sphinxes were symbollic of fate and strength.
Photographed at the Muzeo Nazionale Della Magna Grecia, the model consists of 30 photographs and is an easy, nicely detailed sculpture to print.
