If there's one thing that's plagued fidget spinners, it's the difficulty to manage it with a single hand, while retaining a satisfying spinning (and fidgeting) operation. So, this design uses a few bits of hardware:
* Six M4 nuts embdedded in the textured bearing enclosure, for weight.
* One 16mm M4 bolt and one M4 nut through the centre.
* One good old 608 bearing. Make sure you use a good one to impress heads of state when fidgeting at important events.
