3D model description

Begode Master Front Bumper

The idea for this design came from the need to protect the headlight on the Begode Master from impacts. After one fall it can break as the material used is very brittle. THIS IS NOT A LIFTING HANDLE but it will act as a bumper and a ''handle'' to help balance when sitting down.

To make sure this bumper doesn't directly transfer the force of an impact on the headlight, there is a 2mm gap between both.

This design allows you to keep the orinal pads that came with the wheel.

This design uses the two top holes of the front headlight. You will need 4 M4x16 screws.

You can find the pictured Back Handle and Suspesion Protection Here & kickstand Here.

To mount the bumper to the wheel you will need to :

  1. Optional Unscrew the two screws holding the top pad to the headlight so you can see better what you are doing
  2. Cut the top pad front bottom corners with a box cutter. Use the provided cutting guide to make the perfect cut.
  3. Unscrew the headlight and set asside the original screws
  4. Place the bumper over the headlight and screw it into the wheel. Make sure you place it in a way to have the 2mm gap between the bumper and headlight everywhere
  5. Thighten the screws enough so the headlight and bumper don't move
