Berd Air Drilling Bending Jig

Free 2 part drilling and bending jig used as part of my fan adapter models.

Instructions
1. If using this for my fan adapter models, insert pipes fully into top section and secure with lid and screws.
2. Turn jig upside down and slowly drill with Dremel bit, until bit penetrates 1 side of the tube (do not go through both sides). I recommend using x1or2 -3mm washers to space Dremel bit inside of drill when it is touching the outside of the cooling pipe, then remove washers before drilling.
3. Once all holes are drilled, remove rods from jig, insert a 26ga wire into tubes,then align for bending. Denote orientation: if putting holes at 45 degrees, orient the holes to the top-left and top-right respectively, then bend each die down 1 at a time.
4. Mark the bottom of the bent pipes flush with the bottom of the jig, then CAREFULLY use an Exacto knife on a flat surface to cut pipe - you will apply a small amount of pressure while rotating the tube. Just use a tubing cutter if you are prone to accidents!

Note
When using the jig to bend your cooling pipe, please note the orientation is correct for the side you are bending for before making the bend. It is advisable to insert a wire inside the pipe to prevent collapse. "Top" listed in instructions are with the thinner printed piece in the top position.

- Exacto knife or small tubing cutter.
- 1/16" drill bit to clean out holes
- Dremel ball cutter (shank=2.33mm, ball=1.40mm)
