3D model description

Every fpv enthusiast has had situations with falls at low spans and in narrow spaces. Propellers in some parts of our planet can be difficult to get, especially for racing fpv. When I first started flying a quadcopter, I had to wait for the delivery of propellers from China (2-3 months). I had an idea to try to implement this propeller on a 3d printer. Many versions have been created to create this screw with different angles of attack and tips. As a result, after a lot of tests, I found the best option. Now I have a good analog that can be printed on a 3d printer in 40 minutes (one set of 4 propellers). I managed to make them quiet thanks to the smooth transition at the ends of the screws. I want to share my development with you so that you can print the propellers yourself and does not depend on delivery in a long 2-3 months

propeller diameter = 130 mm
diameter of the hole = 5.1 mm

3D printing settings

For PLA-plastic, the nozzle temperature is 200-230 degrees, the temperature has become 90-100 degrees
For ABS plastic, the nozzle temperature is 240 degrees, the table temperature is 110 degrees.
100% filling of the model
