It is the dreaded year 1998. For more than a seven years the mighty Union lies in ruins, and God-Pakhan of Thief People sits immobile on his Shkonka Throne of Great Matrosskay Tishina. He is the Boss of Pacankind by the will of the polozhnyak, master of countless maximum security penal colonies from Kaliningrad to Magadan. To carry his will, to make all of CIS bow to his demand and will, God-Pakhan uplifted his most trusted, ruthless and capable pacans to Gopniks. Armed with priced relics from Dark Age of Technology (or "10 years ago"), clad in Strong Armor made from best salvage stolen from long abandoned military installatons that survived being stolen again, they march for war. No corner shop, no shawerma stall, no beer joint is safe, soon to be mugged and... re-roofed.

I don't know who made these Mk2 bodies I used, they were hanging in my downloads for a year or something. Mate, you did a greate job, they're awesome.
