(big V23 and N23 update!)

this file got all the new parts

the pictures and documentation are still old. also the text below needs to be checked…

but at the very least new users can print out the N23 series of files

I will explain very soon what the differences will be and why some of the old users may want to switch over to the N23, or just choose to update some parts and leave other things as they are.

bullpup stock v23 with lock tap cut out = file added

stand alone bullpup setup
you can use this P90 bullpup lower with out the UNW P90 magazines. since the EMF already got a magwel. making your EMF more compact. but it might look better to use the pistol grip version of it if that is the way you like to use the EMF100.

the safety
the safety is still usable like it normally would be. but do keep in mind that you don’t forget the safety and just keep pressing the trigger.it may cause damage to the trigger bar.

the 3d printed trigger bar
all the testing have been done with the metal rod edition. of the bullpup trigger bar and it worked well. and is less bulky then the 3d printed one that I made just for tis release. based on the idea of the ETHA1 and 2 model.but those were electro markers with a softer trigger. but still it does seem to be strong and you might like to look of it more. it’s for sure more easy to make.
so you got some options there to play around with

the use of the original EMF100 shroud extension.
you can use this with the P90 lower. but you might not like to look of it. but it does give you some place to mount a light or something like that.

compatibility note:
this bullpup lower kit will work only on the Planet Eclipse EMF100/EGM100.

materials needed:

2x M5 bolt 25mm long
1x M5 bolt 35mm long
2x M4 bolt 16mm long
1x M3 bolt 40mm long
1x M3 bolt 16mm long

2x spring 6mm OD, 0.6mm wire, 20mm long
3x M3 BOLT 16mm long

3d trigger bar option:
1x M3 bolt 40mm long

metal rod trigger bar option:
2x m2 bolts 6mm long
1x metal rod 3mm OD, 210mm long

3D printing settings

print settings:
0.2 layer hight should be fine.
you can use the 8 layer walls and a 40% infill.
but personally I moved a bit over to solid prints just to give it more strength in case things go wrong on the field…

Print-bed requirement: the files are designed to work on a ENDER 3 Pro, that haves a print volume of, X 220mm, Y 220mm and Z 250mm. with that said it’s not necessarily maxing out to those sizes…
