3D model description

This is an intake-side servo-controlled damper that attaches to the BBQ Guru 10cfm blower. It can be used to better control the airflow into the grill by controlling the servo with e.g. a HeaterMeter Open Source BBQ controller.

3D printing settings

I printed this in PLA. The thing should be fairly robust in terms of slicer settings; the only overhangs are in the two screw mount holes. The hex nut holes are for M3 nuts. The servo should fit an MG90S.

Attach to the blower with 2 x M3 x 45mm bolts.
