10mm TABLE TOP – 6mm BODY FRAME AND LEGS
16.3mm FIXTURE HOLES - (50mm BETWEEN CENTERS)
572, 600 and 700mm LEGS

Design for LASER CUT – 0.2mm OFFSET of interlock parts.

Created to reduce the cost of your Welding Table, by design this model has a strong table top (10mm steel plate) and a 6mm frame with an innovative construction. This design has unique features and characteristics… not existing on other designs.

If you are in need of a different size or strength welding table, please see the rest of our models, and choose one as you may see fit.

All interlock connecting points are OFFSET with 0.2mm for a perfect fit.

All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

This design includes three sets of legs – 572 – 600 and 700mm - one for a fix position – adjustment can be made by bolts connected to the BOOTOM LEG PLATE (M16); second one – reduced in length – allowing the use of heavy duty wheels – for mobility… and a third… in between.

You are going to receive the dxf cut files only, no actual parts will be shipped.

I strongly recommend cutting and testing the WELDING BLOC TOOL, included with your design; it have similar settings and it use similar size plates as the welding table, in order for your LASER CUT – LOCAL SHOP technician - to adjust the machine settings for a perfect fit!
