I didn't want to glue the nose on because as a flyer I know that the nose can get damaged. This mod allows you to attach two half moon halves to the nose and it will friction fit instead of having to glue.

Placement: When you print the nose there will be a center support that you should be able to see. The flat side of the halves will slightly over lap this support.

I printed the model with 2 wall per recommendation. In fuse1, I had shaved a small angle on the center support in order to make this friction fit slide on easier. Once on, it is tight and snug.

3D printing settings

LW-PLA: 235ΒΊ/60ΒΊ, 55mm/s, no supports, at least two bottom layers for more glue adhesion. No top. The angle side would be considered the top. It was slightly angled to allow it to start the wedge into fuse1
