3D model description

Adapter to install dual wheels/tires on rear axle.

2 STL's included

Shorter Base - Use m2.5x16mm screws to attach to wheel
Thicker Base - Use m2.5x20mm screws to attach to wheel

Compatible with most 6 lug 1.9 beadlock wheels from Injora, SSD, RC4wd etc.

Instructions:
1. Printed bottom down // PLA // 100% Infill // Supports touching plate only. (Not yet trail tested. ABS or Nylon may be better and/or laying it on its side.
2. Install stub axle into adapter. It is a VERY snug fit. I slightly threaded an m4 nut onto the stub axle and slowly tapped it into place.

3. Once fully seated, use an m2 screw and nut to hold it in place and help with rotational forces. Length doesn’t matter too much for this. I used a 25mm screw and nut and then cut off the excess with diagonal cutters.
4. Install TRX4 12mm hex on end of stub axle. I used an extended 12mm hub.
5. Remove wheel and tire assembly from the truck.
6. Install ONLY the center hub onto the truck with the m4 locking nut
7. Thread the appropriate length of screws per the model you are using into the adapter.
8. Lineup the screws and attach to the wheel
9. Attach the wheel/tire/adapter assembly to the hub using the 6 m2.5 screws.
