3D model description

This is a multi-material / multi-color stand for the Arcadia 1:60 VF-1 toy in fighter mode. The base looks like the Macross / U.N. Spacy symbol, and has 4 holes for 4x4mm stilts you insert in, which are supported at the front between the "shoulders" and head and in the rear on the forearms. There's a set for Super / FAST Pack / Strike parts for the rear.

The original version of the base has the holes a bit too far out resulting in a slightly splayed set of stilts, but the holes don't go into the white part of the symbol. V2 has them spaced better, but they cut into the white part of the symbol.

If you want a minimal base, I also included a small X-shaped stand I originally used as a test for spacing.

3D printing settings

This was printed on a Prusa i3 with the MMU2, in PETG, white, red and black. I went with PETG for the extra toughness on the stilts. Base printed at 20% infill, and stilts at 25% infill 3D honeycomb all at 0.2mm. If you don't have a multi-material printer, you can load the 3 Macross Symbol STLs at the same time, and select the same extruder (assuming you're using Prusa Slicer).
