DESCRIPTION: Featured here is the top-of-the-line Heavy Duty Lowbed Trailer model, which brings with it a wide variety of configuration options.

This semi-modular low-bed trailer system is particularly impressive due to its individual configuration and its functionality. As can be seen in the product picture, every detail has been thought of in this data set. Furthermore, this data set includes the complete set, which consists of all axle modules, loading bridges and the gooseneck.

The steering of the axle modules is done individually for each axle or in pairs, which is centred in the axle. The steering signal of the servo is transmitted via a contactless potentiometer housed in the gooseneck.

Depending on the desired load capacity, the gooseneck itself can be fitted with motors of different strengths, which transmit their power to the lifting rocker via an 8 mm trapezoidal spindle.

The load is lifted by a combination of axle module and gooseneck. In addition, this enables the load capacity of the low-loader.

The loading bridges include both an excavator bridge with support mattresses and a central lift. These are each embedded with two 15×15 mm aluminium T-profiles and 15×2 mm stainless steel profiles for reinforcement, which end at the rear end of the loading bridge in the axle module and are firmly bolted to it. Maintenance-friendly thought has been given to this: If damage should occur during play, the entire axle module is not replaced, but only the loading bridge.

The load is lifted by means of a combination of axle module and gooseneck. All axles are lifted with the help of 2x N20 M4 spindle motors per axle. However, as the aluminium T-profiles are firmly bolted to the axle modules, they cannot be separated from the loading bridge. The bridge can therefore only be uncoupled at the gooseneck.

COMPATIBLE DEVICES: This dataset is printable with all standard 3D printers with a print volume of at least 200x200x200 mm. The dataset / model can also be printed from plain PLA material, while still maintaining sufficient stability.
