3D model description

This is the forth vehicle in the A.M.V.P. series of fictional armored vehicles. It is the A.M.V.P.(Armored, Multiple, Vehicle, Platform),Mk. IV, code name(Babirusa). All the AMVP's are named after weird animals, that would never have military vehicles named after them. This design got skipped when I published the others years ago. Now that I finally have a printer I am going back and reworking some of the older designs and adding some new ones as well. The Mk. IV is pretty much just like the Mk. III, but with a forth axle, and a slightly larger turret.

No file for axles yet, I didn't have much luck printing them, brass or aluminum tubing seamed to work a lot better. 3/16th or 4.76mm diameter tube works well, 1 3/8in. or 3.5cm is the length. Some drilling and/or filling/sanding on the Hull Bottom where the axles go will definitely help it roll more freely.

The Hull Top is the only file that needs supports, everything else printed fine with out them. I used a brim on the Turret and the Hull Top, a brim or a raft on these parts will help prevent corners from pulling up. The file for the Guns was printed at a .10 quality setting. The guns barrels are pretty small and will benefit from a more precise setting. The clips that hold everything together could also be sanded a little, but I wouldn't overdo it, it really depends on what the resolution of the print is like.

More Turrets, weapons, and accessories on the way, hopefully soon
