3D model description

Turn a cheap drill vise into a corner desk compatible mount for your TM Warthog base!

Parts required:
cheap drill vise of this pattern:
here or here

4x M4 20mm screw for the base mount plate

4x M5 15mm hex socket cap head screw for fastening the jaw inserts

2x M8 30mm
2x M8 hex nut these are to fasten the base mount plate to the drill vise

some rubber strip on the jaws for extra grip
like this

some glue so the rubber strip adheres to the printed vise jaw inserts

3D printing settings

Print 1x warthog mount plate and 2x warthog vise jaw

If you have a prusa mk3s you can try the provided 3mf file also.

You may get away with different settings but this is what felt safe for me:

PLA
50% Infill
0.2mm layer height
5 walls/perimeters
