Diabolo Display Stands Collection by TchernoEnt

Dear Makers,

I'm happy to introduce you to my collection of Display Stands for your beloved diabolos!

Tcherno's Signature version available :D

I started with the idea of a simple design to nicely display my two diabolos when I'm not using them. I wanted one standing vertically straight, and a second one with an angle. After several trials, here's what I came up with:

Vertical Display (blue model)
Signature's Vertical Display
Reverse Vertical Display (the small cone and the big cone are inverted)
30° Angle Display (green model)
Horizontal Display (red model in the end)

Except for the horizontal stand, all stands are based on the 10mm nut cap that most (or all?) diabolos have. (see picture 8) Make sure that your diabolo is equipped with it before you print your stand! ;)

For each model, the lower cone is hollow, in order to save some material and make the whole thing stronger.

Files:

There are 5 files, one for each variation mentionned above. The "Tcherno's Signature" version is just a little something that I like to add to my creations and remakes :D

Every file is added in the recommended position to print. Ready-to-print!

Support:

NO SUPPORT is needed, for any of the models!

Layer height:

I printed every model in 0.2mm layer height. A thicker layer would probably be a problem for the horizontal stand or the signature stand. Feel free to experiment though!

Shell & Infill:

In order to make the weak spot (where the 2 cones meet) strong enough, it's important to:

increase the Wall Thickness (min. 1.6mm)
AND/OR
tick the option "Alternate Extra Wall"
AND/OR
increase the Infill (20%/30%/40%...)
