Begode Master Back Handle & Suspention Protection - Kuba/Torque Linkage

This handle will fit on the wheel with stock pads, the Clark Fairing and the Grizzla Fairing systems

This is my take on a back handle and suspension protection for the Begode Master. It adds another anchor point to lift the wheel with, simply use the original handle and this one to have a more ergonomic lift position. Most importantly, this design is made so you can still use the original pads the wheel came with, without modifications.

TPU is the perfect material for this application as with different print settings it can be very stiff, yet be able to absorb impacts. It also is in my experience very abrasive resistant.

For this design you will need the 6 original screws that the back light uses and also 2 M5x16mm screws.

You can find the stock linkage handle Here.

Use ''Shorter'' file for newer Masters with the cables clipped to the back portion of the frame

To mount the handle to the wheel you will need to :

  1. Unscrew the 6 backlight screws (3 on each side)
  2. Place the handle on the wheel, it will be aligned in the right place thanks to the groove
  3. Put back the original screws in the top row of holes. Yes the screws are long enough
  4. Use one M5x16 screw on each side on the bottom hole of the handle

3D printing settings

Here are the main settings I use to print the pads with TPU on the Prusa MK3S+ with a 0,6 nozzle
- 6 bottoms
- 4 tops
- 4 perimeters
- 15% infill
- Supports : Yes
