3D model description

Here is my interpretation of the E.A.N.O.S Wagon from ByFyzi (https://www.thingiverse.com/byfyzi/designs)

the chassis is clipped into the box, the pads are pushed into the holes provided for this purpose, no need for glue

The metal axles come from AliExpress , you may have to adapt the length of the bogie crossbar to fit your axles

For the complete STL file, I used the axles of isidrodaniel (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4914794) , but I did not adapt the bogies to these printed axles

I planned two types of bogie, one with a NEM box (to be able to adapt it to your trains) the other with a coupling inspired by the one of ByFyzy (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5252770) which works very well and is easy to print

The coal loading, (not very suitable for this type of car, but quick to adapt) comes from the design of 3d-druckfactory (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3200942)

the bogies are fixed with M4 x 5 screws directly screwed in the hole of the chassis, with a 1mm thick washer between bogie and chassis, the set of metal axles + M4 screws + 1mm steel washers is used as ballast to the wagon, to lower its center of gravity. I bought my screws at my usual hardware store, but you can find them here Flat head screws on AliExpress and Flat washers AliExpress.

Good impression

If you print this wagon, please upload your pictures in a Make on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5340678/make) or in Make on Cult3d : it's my best pay.

And, if you want to help me pay for the PLA used for the prototypes of this scale model, I accept donations at buymeacoffee.com.

Thanks in advance
