Pyronix Enforcer ENF 9.5" Android Tablet Wall Mount

Wall mount designed for the 9.5 inch Pyronix ENF Android Tablet typically supplied with the Pyronix Enforcer V11 Security System.

While this tablet is primarily intended to be used as an Alarm/CCTV panel, the tablet is open and can have standard home automation dashboards installed.

Designed to use the 'left angle' 90 degree Micro-USB cable supplied with the tablet. The left angle StarTech USBAUB1MLA cable can also be used.

UPDATE - March 2023

According to some owners, Pyronix have started supplying 'right angle' Micro-USB connectors which force the USB cable to run in the opposite direction (straight into the corner). There is now a Version 2 of the rear frame (original has been removed) that has been amended to allow for clearance of the USB connector and allow the cable to be routed over the top of the power switch extension.

A spacer allows the tablet to 'float' away from the wall, while allowing the USB cable to enter a wall box.

Mounting holes are provided for direct attachment to both UK (60mm hole spacing) and US (83.34mm hole spacing) single back boxes with additional mounting holes for screwing directly to a wall if needed.

There is also an extension to the power button, allowing the tablet to be shut down/restarted while in the mount.

WARNING - YOU NEED A BIG PRINT BED!!!!
You will not be able to print this design on an Ender 3 or similar printer.
*Minimum bed size requirement is 275mm (without skirt lines). * Prints in the images were produced on a Creality Ender 5 plus but they will quite happily fit on a CR-10 or other printer with a
300mm print bed.

Recommended settings for a 0.4mm nozzle:

Spacer and Wall Plate

• Layer Height: 0.28
• Top and Bottom Layers: 4
• Walls/Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 20%

Front Frame

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Top and Bottom Layers: 4
• Walls/Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 20%
• Print front face down on a Glass or PEI bed for the very best results. Make sure your bed tramming (levelling) is 100% spot on!

Power Switch

• Layer Height: 0.12mm (you want this as smooth as possible!)
• Top and Bottom Layers: 5
• Walls/Perimeters: 5
• Infill: Doesn't matter - the walls will make it solid.
• This is a small part so you may want to print it on a raft or use a few lines of brim (you will need to clean those off carefully).

Post Processing

Depending on how well your printer and profiles are set up, you may need to trim/sand the wall plate and frame where the power button resides. It obviously needs to travel smoothly and not get stuck.

Marks On Your Tablet

The wall frame WILL create marks on the edge of your tablet. If this bothers you, I would suggest putting some thin tape between the wall plate clips and the edge of the table.
