This archdevil rules over Dis, the Second Circle of Hell. His skin is sable in color, eyes glowing and red, he has small horns and cloven foot. Master strategist, Dispater views reality as a game with everchanging rules, that is mastered only by solving all the mysteries there are. Although analytical and logical to the extreme, he is devilishly charismatic and self-controlled, calm, and composed in all times. Nevertheless, his sophistication and appearance hide iron-skinned and iron-handed tyrant, deceitful and malicious he is also the grand manipulator, who’s plans take eons to hatch.
