3D model description

Hello everyone!!!
I present to your attention a custom hop-up based on the original, in this version of a reinforced body, and a hole has been added for installing a UV diode for tracer balls.

It was printed and corrected many times, and this was the last version of this hop-up.

THIS IS A COMPLETE PARTS KIT
- body 3 options
-clip
-wheel
-hand
-pin
- a device for sharpening diodes not inside the case

It is recommended to use transparent PETG for manufacturing. 5 mm UV LEDs are used. Post-treatment: sandpaper, dremel, and dichloroethane for return after printing PETG plasticity

11.04.2022 UPDATE

  1. Fixed some design flaws
  2. added a large number of options for clips for the shift barrel, depending on the elastic you use.
  3. added 3 options for shifting the axis of the barrel, for a non-standard cylinder head. (If someone has more accurate measurements, I will be glad to hear) 4 resin printing gives incredible accuracy, printed, pasted, earned. When printing FMD printers, some work may be required.

P.S.

The hop-up is connected in a circuit to the motor contacts through a voltage reduction board to 5v, 2 UV LEDs connected in parallel are installed in the hop-up.
the wires are laid in the handle, 2 connectors are also made, for the possibility of convenient disassembly of the drive (1 connection under the plug of the sleeve reset, the second one near the hop-up itself so that you can easily service the hop-up unit.
A slide switch is installed on the power supply of the voltage reduction board to completely disconnect it from the circuit when you are not using tracer balls.
