This was made to be used with a Logitech C930e, but I'm pretty sure it will fit the C920 and other similar models.

Adafruit Feather 32u4 Bluefruit LE: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2829
(any Feather board should work, so if you want to use a cheaper board like the ESP8266, or nRF52832, you should be able to, you'll just have to write or find code for that board)

Adafruit 30AWG Silicone Cover Stranded-Core Wire: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2001
