Stanley - FatMax pliers are unfortunately not equipped with a locking system to keep them closed.
Also I designed blocking flanges adapted to each of the pliers.
The clamps are thus easier to store and less dangerous than in the open position.

The cutting plier and the long plier each have their flange.
The flat plier and the pointed plier use the same flange because they have the same handle spacing.

The straps are printed in TPU for better flexibility when opening and closing.
This also ensures that they do not interfere with the movement of the plier during use.

The clamp remains fixed by one side on one of the two handles in use to be able to relock the plier without loss of time.
The use of TPU also facilitates the first installation of the part on the handle of which it remains fixed.
It is normal for the installation to be done a little forcefully so that the flange remains firmly attached to the clamp.

Les pinces Stanley - FatMax ne sont malheureusement pas équipées d'un système de blocage permettant de les tenir fermées.
Aussi j'ai dessiné des brides de blocage adaptées à chacune des pinces.
Les pinces sont ainsi plus faciles à ranger et moins dangereuses qu'en position ouverte.

La pince coupante et la pince longue ont chacune leur bride.
La pince plate et la pince pointue utilisent la même bride car elles ont le même écartement de manche.

Les brides sont imprimées en TPU pour une meilleure flexibilité à l'ouverture comme à la fermeture.
Cela permet aussi qu'elles ne gênent pas le mouvement de la pince en cours d'usage.

La bride reste fixée par un côté sur un des deux manches en cours d'utilisation pour pouvoir rebloquer la pince sans perte de temps.
L'usage de TPU facilite aussi la première mise en place de la pièce sur le manche duquel elle reste solidaire.
Il est normal que la mise en place se fasse un peu en force afin que la bride reste bien solidaire de la pince.
