ORANGATANG LONGBOARD WHEEL

Dimensions;
Wheel Diameter; 100mm
Wheel width; 57.75mm

I Have been using these wheels and tyres on my electric longboard for the 2 last years.
The tyres will ware out a lot faster than Genuine longboard wheels.

I used 95A TPU

You need to be able to print TPU Perfectly to get the most out of these tyres. Otherwise the tyres will start to 'shred' really fast.

To assemble the tyre and core. Line the core up ribs with the tyre ribs. Use a press to press the core into the tyre, It will be a very tight fit. If done correctly the core will lock in place.

3D printing settings

Print the core with 100% infill In ABS !
Print the tyre in TPU. Set walls to be at least 3mm thick, Infill depends on how hard you want the tyres to be. I recomend around % 80.
