3D model description

So I had a LGX Lite and a Pheatus Dragonfly BMO laying around so I decided to mount them on my Ender 5 Pro. Had to design a cowling for part cooling and a mount for the LGX lIte and Dragonfly BMO hotend. This one uses 40 mm axial fans which I found working great with this type of cowling.

The cowling is similar to my old designs since it works so well, I also have one for the Micro-Swiss DD setup which I have been using for years with no issues. The Micro-Swiss is great but heavy so I was looking to cut some weight.

You gonna need a few things, list them below
LGX Lite
Dragonfly BMO
2 x M2.5x12
5 x M3x12
2 x M3x25
1 x M3x30
1 x M3x10
2 x M3 nuts
3 x M3x18
2 x screws for the top fan, usually M4x25
31.5 mm bowden tube

You need to thread the holes on the cowling for the fan and also insert two M3 heat inserts into the mount (it is for the hotend fan).
It is pretty tight between the holes so my recommendation is to insert the 4 screws to mount the LGX Lite then mount the Dragonfly BMO onto the mount. Then insert the short bowden tube and then mount the LGX Lite. After this I took a 3 mm drillbit through the holes where you mount it to the X-carriage beacuse there is a risk you might damage the threads if you force the screws into the holes.

There is also a strain relief included, use the long M3 screw and replace the one on the LGX Lite. Also included a shim for the BLTouch if you have one. I have fan guards in another uploaded design here.
