Chinese 3D Printer - 3 Position Build Plate Replacement

I designed this as a replacement to my Chinese Replicator Dual clone's crappy build plate. I added tabs to allow me to use Binder Clips to hold glass 240 mm x 160 mm in diameter without sacrificing real estate.

The files are provided for you to print out a full sized model and check for fit on your printer. If it works and you are interested in one of these please contact me. It is overall 230 mm x 160 mm x 6mm thick and made fro the toughest aluminum alloy available.

If you want one of these for your Chinese 3D printer and I do not have a part that fits it, if you will give me the dimensions of your plate and circuit board with placement of the holes and the rear connector I will give you $25 off your purchase of the first plate.

NOTE: They will be orange and either say BOXBOT or show our logo which is laser etched into the plate to no measurable depth.

I am currently using both borosillicate glass and picture frame glass and the picture frame glass is holding up nicely when printing ABS with the plate heated to 110c. I am also using Suave Hair Spray and I find it works better than cheaper hair sprays.

These tabbed build plates will be offered for sale on boxbot.net for $75 plus shipping. Includes the build plate and binder clips.

You can print the LEFT and RIGHT parts and glue them together or print the PDF on card stock and cut out the holes.
