Death Star Laser Turret - Halo Mega Blok Adaption

This is NOT a Lego. It is a custom adaption that is compatible with Lego type building block systems. I'm very ticked at Lego for putting a "Notice of Claimed Intellectual Property Infringement" on the original upload. Here are the files again. I suggest you download them if you want them. The files will disappear from your collections if this is taken down again.

Inspired by the Lego/Halo Mega Blok adaption remix of my "Death Star Laser Turret - Simple" done by ICanMakingThings and found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1206626, I modified my "Death Star Laser Turret - Destroyed" thing to use the same adaption base.

Since the base of the destroyed tower was nearly the same size I simply blended the bases together into one piece without the need to scale anything. So, the same scale used for the X-Wing Miniatures game pieces can now be adapted to a Lego or Halo Mega Bloks set.

Three STL files are uploaded. One with just the destroyed base adapted and another with a complete assembly of all 4 primary parts so you do not need to search them out through the remix links. Also, an STL file of a simple short barrel version of the guns has been included. The short barrel version is interchangeable with the long guns. All parts are Cura scaled and oriented for printing.

The Lego/Mega Blok adaption will be a very snug fit. I recommend that the filament used be calibrated using these calibration pieces found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037301.

Follow the same instructions as the files this was remixed from.
