3D model description

Another PROMAX PD165 multimeter stand replacement design.

The design is lightweight and quite rigid thanks to the use of grooves, this decreases material usage while giving rigidity to the structure. The use of the honeycomb design ensures the highest fill factor with minimal material usage.

It has 2 holes of 2mm diameter for threading M2.5 screws that will act as shafts.

3D printing settings

To avoid the use of supports, the flat part should be printed with the grooves facing upwards.

The surface ensures a good grip on the hot bed.

Layer height: 0.2mm

Line width:0,4mm

Wall thickness: 0,8mm

Filling; 30% (there is only filling in the area where the screws go, the rest being narrow walls due to the slots, has no filling).

Dimensions 53,5mm x 92,5mm x 3mm
