3D model description

A detailed scale model of the Australian shipbuilder Austal's Guardian class offshore patrol boat in scale: 1:38.4. Total length of the printed ship is 1028 mm.

The model is designed from ground up to be easy and durable to print, with care taken to everything from layer orientations, material saving and support minimization. In fact, not a single part requires support, but is designed in a way that makes it printable as it is. Less fuss, less material waste, better surface finish. For example, all railings are printed laying down, giving them superior strength and flexibility. The same goes with mast, antennas and other details.

All parts are designed to fit on a standard 210x210 print bed.

Powered by twin 550 size motors, brushed or brushess, a complete list of RC equipment needed is in the included manual.
