3D model description

Bicycle bottle holder mounted on seatpost clamped with M5 screw. STL designed for 30.3mm seatpost diameter and 69.8mm bottle diameter. If needed for different diameter mount I included Fusion 360 file which is fully parametric. Model includes security strip printed from TPU which could be streched over hooks for extra clamping (in my case I don't need it).

I use BicycleSeatBottleHolderv9_cut0.77.stl other *_cutx.xx have larger openning

Parameter you might want to change:
seat_diam - seatpost diameter
bottle_diam - bottle diameter
cut_out_ratio - how wide opening for bottle e.g. 0.5 means that opening is 50% of the bottle diameter (0.77 for PETG, higher for stiffer materials)
separation - distance between seatpost and bottle
holder_h - holder height
seat_w - thickness of the clamp around seatpost
bottle_w - thickness of the clamp around bottle
thread_w - diameter of screw thread (hole diameter). Change if you want to use different screw size
screw_w - diameter of screw head
and others

Print parameter:
Material: PETG because flexibility. PLA might work but opening cut_out_ratio must be bigger
Layer height: 0.2mm
Infill: 15% triangles
Perimeters: 3
Support: no
