UNION Binding heel riser Splitboard

This creation improves the climbing function of the UNION Explorer Binding. Instead of just two "settings" (off and steep hill), you have now the option of flipping the heel riser just in the half position.
A great benefit on not so steep hills.
Another benifit of this creation is, that the heel riser is blocked in the steep hill position and won't slip back.
2 options. Option nr. 1 with a little tilt (the heel riser is hold better in position but the creation is weaker)
Option Nr. 2 solid base. Stronger.
Shorter Bolts are needed!

Diese Kreation hilft dir beim Aufstieg mit deiner UNION Explorer Bindung. Anstelle von den zwei möglichen Positionen (Flach und steiler Berg) hast du eine mittlere Position. Eine deutliche Verbesserung bei nicht so steilen Anstiegen.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Steighilfe bei voll ausgefahrener Position gesichert ist und nicht zurück in die flache Position rutschen kann .
Zwei Optionen.
Option 1. mit einem Keil. Steighilfe wird besser in Position gehalten. Nachteil, Konstruktion ist etwas schwächer.
Option2. dickere Base. Stabiler
Kürzere Schrauben werden benötigt!!!
