This build is based in part on the one already published by @Quinntastic; the handle component was all their design, and I designed the arm guide component from scratch, having based it on the aesthetic of the handle portion. This device is intended to be used by people afflicted with arthritis who find difficulty performing day-to-day tasks such as sweeping, mopping, or walking with a cane. The device can be attached to any long-handled apparatus to reduce the strain on one's wrist as they grip a long handle. For example, when most people grip a broom, their wrists usually aren't aligned with the rest of their arm which produces unnecessary strain in their wrists that someone with arthritis is sensitive to. With this device, the wrist and arm are aligned and the amount of strain on one's wrist is significantly reduced, enabling people with arthritis to perform day-to-day tasks most people may take for granted.
