A friend had me design this for him to fit this specific battery; The Yocan Kodo battery. And it fits well. He loved them and ordered 100 of them.

The pot leaf design was made from a scan of an actual pot leaf that I had pressed in a book, so it has a very realistic shape.

Edit: I am adding a variation of this design. Someone that buys a lot of these from me wanted a small clip to grab a charging cable so he could flip the battery upside down and use it as a little charging station. Worked out nicely. Holds it while charging and the cable clip prevents damage if the cable gets yanked on accident.

3D printing settings

No supports needed. I print them at .15mm layer hight with a .4mm nozzle. Personally I use PETG but no doubt it will print fine in PLA as well. I have to up my bed temp to 100 to make sure the tips of the leaves don't start peeling off the bed so watch for that. Have not had that problem with a higher bed temp though. They take about an hour to print 1, for me at least. Hour and ten minutes, somethings like that.
