Even Santa needs some rest and relaxation at Christmas time - Santa's Little Helper is the ideal gadget for all friends of white smoke at Christmas time. Also perfect as a gift for "the one" buddy at Christmas.

It consists of a base in the shape of a tree, a tree stand and a tamper in the shape of a star as a tree top.

Integrated in the base is filter holder for 8 activated carbon filters with a diameter of 7 /9 mm (or self-twisted) and a leaf dispenser (for almost all common slim size leaf packs). The filters here visually transform into small candles, which decorate the tree.

Everything you need to turn is thus always immediately at hand. At Christmas time, the part also makes itself visually quite well on the living room table or shelf.

Since the tree is hollow inside, the rest of the things can be stored there wonderfully. Since the little elves also do not find it so quickly.

Since the tree is only put on the stand, it can be rotated 360 °.

In the package are 2 versions of Santa's Little Helper. The versions differ in the size of the filter holders (7 mm & 9 mm). The two sizes cover virtually all common activated carbon filters on the market - even twisted filters anyway.

Dimensions complete: 145 mm x 217 mm (diameter x height).

Base in tree form

Dimensions: 145 mm x 150 mm (diameter x height), 2.8 mm wall thickness.

Sheets up to 5.2 mm thick and 115 mm long (pack size).

The base serves both as a filter holder (activated carbon filter with 7 / 9 mm or self-twisted) and as a dispenser for the leaflets (thickness of the pack maximum 5.2 mm). Likewise, the tamper finds its place in the top of the base. Before inserting the pack of leaflets at the bottom of the base, the lid of the pack should be removed. Alternatively, this can also be bent over to the reverse side.

Stopper - tree top in the shape of a star.

Dimensions: 7 mm Ø, 82.6 mm length

The tamper is inserted into the top of the base. The shape of a star here completes the Christmas tree.

Stand - Tree Stand

Dimensions: 80 mm Ø, 55 mm height

The base is put on the stand after inserting a pack of leaves. To do this, the rod on the stand is inserted into the opening on the underside of the base. This also prevents the fall out / slip out of the pack of leaves and the tree is excellent to rotate 360 °.

The tamper (star) needs to be sandpapered after printing so that it can slide smoothly into the base without resistance. I recommend first a 320 sandpaper and then a 400 or 600 for a perfect result. Wet sanding is best! The tamper is then inserted into the top of the base.

The base (tree) / the stand.

When printing with supports, remove them from the base and stand and sand the corresponding surfaces. Again, I recommend a 320 grit sandpaper first and then a 400 or 600 grit for a perfect result. It is best to sand wet! The base is placed on the stand with the round hole at the bottom.

Rubber feet (Optional)

The assembly is very simple. Simply attach the 3 rubber feet with a diameter of 10 mm to the bottom of the stand. There are extra 3 recesses for this purpose.

Printing was done on an Elegoo Saturn 2 8K with a layer height of 0.05 mm. The resin was a water washable from Anycubic. To get the green and transparent yellow colors, special inks were used to color the resin. The green unfortunately didn't turn out as green as I had hoped - but actually fits so much better with the current rest of the Christmas decorations. *I'm looking forward to your prints in "real" green!

Base (tree): The base is hollow (2.8 mm wall thickness) and it is recommended to put a few supports inside.

Stopper (star): print with a few light to medium supports.

Stand: best to print directly on the printing plate.
