3D model description

THESE DIRECTIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATED!!!!! DUE TO AN UNDERPOWERED MOTOR, THE ARMS HAVE BEEN REDESIGNED!!

Also, put grease on the gears and in their sockets.

You also need about a foot of wire for the positive and negative contacts to reach the momentary push button.

Stl digital file of Denji's arm chainsaws from Chainsauxman

Includes two styles of wearable cuffs for a snug fit

If there are any issues, message me and I'll fix them immediately.

In order to connect the saw tooth links insert one side into the hole and press down on the other end until it snaps in.

Scale proportion:

IN: 16.5/100=X/scale
MM: 420/100=X/scale

X = distance from the web between the middle and ring finger to the tip of your elbow in IN/MM

Motor Parts (the wiring directions are in the last image)

If the motor seems underpowered, just add another battery pack and connect it to the contacts like the first battery pack (shown in the images above).

(Glue this down somewhere between the push button switch and the motor)

Electric Motors

(Place the motor in this case so that the wires pass through the slot and solder one end to an end of the battery pack and the other end to the momentary push switch as shown in the last image. Also, in order to center the shims, motor shaft, motor case, and motor arm there are indicator slots on the sides of each so that you can line them up properly.)

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
.2-.3mm for larger pieces, gearbox halves, chain teeth (all the same size no big or small ones anymore), 1/2in pegs, saw tooth spacer, motor (case holder, mount arm, shims, and trigger holder)

.1mm-.2mm for gears

You can keep the saw teeth flat on the build plate or orient the saw teeth 45 degrees on their sides so that the male and female portions of the teeth stay circular and don't warp and become oval. (Printing them flat works for me though.)

3D printing settings

.3mm for larger pieces, chain teeth, saw tooth spacer, motor(case holder, mount arm, shims, and trigger holder

Print Sect. 4 flat with the gear mount area facing up.

.1mm for all pegs
