Wrist orthosis for bodybuilding #SPORTXCULTS

This brace is basically a project that reduces the risk of injury during "push" sessions (bench press, military press, etc.). It protects your wrists from injuries, tendonitis, sprains and supports your forearms during exercises.

Indeed, the problem was: "How to reduce stress on the wrist joint, while ensuring optimal bar support?"

During push-up exercises, injuries usually occur due to poor bar hold (photo 2). Therefore, the goal is to straighten the angle of the wrist, in order to align the bar load with the forearms.

Then, to guarantee a better maintenance of the bar, and to avoid that it slips, a small hook was added on the brace. This hook will allow to secure the grip of the bar, for exercises in all safety.

Finally, the brace is made of a flexible and very resistant material (TPU-95), in order to support repeated sessions, and adapt to the morphology of each person.

To increase its comfort, it is recommended to put mittens or under gans.

Hand width: ~ 10 cm

Once the STL file is downloaded, make sure to adapt the scale of the model to your width of

hand.

Example:

Your hand width is 80cm, you will need to reduce the scale by 20%.
