3D model description

Hi all!
I present to you a 3D model from the Alien universe.
This is a recognizable juggernaut of engineers from the planet LV-223 (Prometheus) on the spaceport themed stand.
Not to be confused with the derelict ship from LV-426 (where Ripley's team picked up the Alien). That ship is more oval and not as pretty.
The ship model consists of two halves connected along the guides (pieces of 1.75 mm filament). The leg at the stand also. But the stand itself is more complicated. Everything is also assembled according to the guides. Each petal consists of two halves. When installing all the petals, everything is closed from above with a ring-lid (on glue along the guides).
Also in the archive there is an undivided version of the ship.
The ship was designed from scratch, based on photos from the film and other sources.
To the main body of the stand, you can print a shelf with a sign indicating the name of the ship. Mounting of the shelf with the plate is implied by glue without guides, so as not to spoil the appearance of the main body of the stand and to have the possibility of two full-fledged options for installing the ship.
I printed all the details with a layer of 0.15, and the main body of the stand was 0.3 mm.
Given the texture of the original, the layered effect looks good on the model.
In the original, it is saturated with similar textures.
Printing time with 10-15% coverage is about 40 hours.
Support is used only under the "antennas" at the starboard side of the hull. I printed my version of the plate with a two-color function using luminescent plastic. Everything else is silky black PLA. I did not paint the model, and it is not particularly suitable for painting. Sanding it will be difficult before priming.
Default Size (LxBxH):
- ship 190x210x46 mm;
- ship on a stand 240x210x175
