This Solidworks part has a complete design table including 9.525mm or 3/8" pitch timing pulleys ranging from 10 teeth to 48 teeth with 2 setscrews at 90 degrees. It's fully parametric and you can select any type that suits you best. The type of pulley is L and the category is 1F. Along with the Solidworks file and rendering i am including photos of the pdf that i found the dimensions to model this part.

You can download this file in multiple formats including stl, step, iges and the native format Solidworks. In order to access the configurations, you will need the solidworks software to export the right one for printing.
