Kanto Pokedex Nintendo switch game case

ADDED: Seperate parts to fit 150mm print bed printers.

Print in place Pokemon Kanto Pokedex design for nintendo switch game cardridge.

This game case can hold up to 16 games.

The games slide in there space and with a small push it will click in place.

All print files are already print in place.
Before you start to print. Set your print settings see below:

All parts can be printed in PLA.

This pokedex shuts on 4x 6x3mm or 8x3mm Magnets.
Depends what file your printing.

Use a small dot of CA to secure it in place.

All other printed parts are also secured with a dot of CA.

Adjusted: Hinges are bit redesigned. The pokedex should close better now.

Added: Pokedex seperate parts for the smaller printers. this should fit printers with a 150mm bed.

Hinge need to be glued on to make the full pokedex.

5 Top layer
5 bottom Layers
40% Infill (not lower then 20%)
4 Walls / Perimeters (Don’t change this one)

Before starting print you need to print the Test print file. these have all parts in it that need to be checked.

The Switch cartridge holder needs to fit snug and click in place.

If you need to press hard to get it in place:
SET SCALE TO 100,1%
still this issue? scale it with 0,1% each time till it loosens.

if it falls out or no click:
SET SCALE TO 99,9%.
still this issue? scale it with 0,1% each time till it gets a click.

Yes, it is a very tight tolerance. Please check that before printing Kanto Pokedex.
