Extruder de type Bowden avec réglage de la pression exercée sur le filament. Ce modèle permet d'extrusion de filament semi-rigide.

Les pièces sont conçues pour être imprimées sans support matériel.
Modélisé avec DesignSpark Mechanical (logiciel gratuit, fichier .rsdoc)

Composants non imprimables :
* deux vis M3 x 12 pour fixer le sabot (pièce orange sur l'illustration)
* une vis M3 x 18 faisant office de charnière pour le bras de tension
* un roulement 684ZZ
* un ressort : diamètre fil 1.0mm, diamètre intérieur 7mm, diamètre extérieur 9mm, hauteur 22mm
* une vis tête six pans creux M3 x 16 et son écrou pour régler la tension du ressort
* un connecteur pneumatique M5
* un pignon mk8

Assemblage:

Le montage est strictement identique à celui de la première version de l'extruder. Les illustrations ci-dessous sont celles de la v1, mais c'est strictement la même chose pour cette nouvelle version.

  • Montez le roulement sur l'axe du couvercle de bras et assemblez le tout sur le bras

  • Placez l'écrou M3 dans la petite pièce mobile et vissez-y la vis sans tête

  • Sur le sabot, montez le connecteur pneumatique, présentez les deux vis de fixation M3 x 12 et positionnez le tendeur de ressort dans son logement

  • Placez le pignon mk8 sur l'arbre du moteur NEMA17

  • Montez la plaque sur le moteur

  • Vissez le sabot

  • Ajuster le pignon mk8 de sorte que le centre de sa gorge soit parfaitement alignée avec le trou de guidage du filament du sabot.

  • Placez le tendeur dans son logement

  • Placez le ressort au-dessus de son tendeur, mettez le bras en place et vissez sans serrer, le bras doit rester mobile.

  • Réglez la tension à l'aide d'une clé Allen

* one MK8 Drive Gear

Assembly:

The assembly is identical to that of the first version of the extrude. The illustrations above are those of the v1, but that's strictly the same for this new version.
