Le 19/01/2016 -> Quelques améliorations sur l'ensemble des pièces

Support vertical pour bobine de filament.
Les pièces sont conçues pour être imprimées sans support matériel.
Modélisé avec DesignSpark Mechanical (logiciel gratuit, fichier .rsdoc)
Personnellement je fixe ce support au sommet de mon imprimante Delta avec trois vis qui coulissent dans les trois lumières du plateau.

Composants non imprimables :
* un roulement 624Z (peut être remplacé par un anneau imprimé qui respectera les dimensions du roulement : 4x13x5mm)
* trois vis M3 x 10 pour les axes des roues (peuvent être remplacé par du filament de 3mm)
* Une vis M4 x 12 a tête large et un écrou pour fixer le roulement

Montage :
montez le roulement sur le plateau fixe avec sa vis et son écrou.
montez les trois roues sur le chariot rotatif
Vissez la la vis imprimée sur le chariot rotatif
Emboitez le chariot rotatif sur le roulement

Vertical spool holder.
The parts are designed to be printed without material support.
Designed with DesignSpark Mechanical (free software, .rsdoc file)
I fix this support at the top of my Delta printer with three screws which slides in the three holes of the plate.

I personally fix this support at the top of my printer Delta with three screws which slides in the three holes of the plate.

Nonprintable components are :
* one 624z ball bearing (can be replaced by a printed ring which will respect dimensions of the ball bearing : 4x13x5mm)
* three screws m3 X 10 for the axes of the wheels (can be replaced by filament of 3mm)
* a screw M4 X 12 with Large-Diameter Head and a nut to fix the ball bearing

Assembly:
assemble the ball bearing on the fixed plate with its screw and its nut.
assemble the three wheels on the turntable
Screw the printed screw on the turntable
Fit the turntable on the ball bearing
