Bonjour a tous, voici mon boitier de commande a l'intérieur duquel se logent : carte arduino + RAMPS1.4 + ecran LCD 12864.

NB : Les pièces sont conçues pour être imprimées sans support matériel.

L'assemblage compte trois pièces imprimées :
- le corps principal
- un panneau latéral
- un capot d'écran LCD

Quincaillerie :
- 5 vis M3x20
- 1 vis M3x25 ou M3x30
- 1 connecteur électrique femelle 2,1 x 5,5 mm

Préparation

1 - Imprimez les trois pièces
2 - Supprimez les supports d'impression du panneau latéral :

3 - Supprimez les supports du capot écran : passage bouton

4 - Vérifiez que tout s’emboîte correctement

Assemblage

1 - Glissez l'Arduino et sa RAMPS cablée dans les rails situés au fond du boitier

2 - Maintenez les câbles (et la gaine si vous en mettez une) en utilisant un collier plastique. Ceci évitera de débrancher quoi que ce soit lorsque par mégarde on tir sur les cables.

2 - Placez l'écran LCD et son capot dans le panneau latéral

3 - Assemblez les pièces avec deux vis M3x20

4 - Montez le connecteur d'alimentation électrique femelle 2.1 x 5.5

5 - Branchez le fil d'alimentation sur le bornier de la carte RAMPS et les connecteur à l'écran LCD

6 - Emboîtez l'ensemble panneau latéral + capot écran avec le corps du boitier

7 - Assemblez avec les 4 dernières vis, la plus longue allant dans le trou situé à coté du bouton de l'écran LCD

NB : Parts are designed to be printed without material support.

The assembly consists of three printed parts :
- the main body
- a side panel
- a LCD frame

Hardware:
- 5 screw M3x20
- 1 screw M3x25 ou M3x30
- 1 female electrical connector 2,1 x 5,5 mm

Prep

1 - Print the three parts
2 - Remove the printing supprt from side panel :

3 - Remove the printing supprt from the LCD frame : button passage

4 - Check that everything fits properly

1 - Slide the Arduino + wired RAMPS in the rails located on the bottom of the case

2 - Clamp the cables (and sheath) using a plastic tie. This will avoid unplugging anything when inadvertently pulling on the cables.

2 - Put the LCD and his frame on the side panel

3 - Assemble the parts with two screwsM3x20

4 - Mount the female electrical power connector 2.1 x 5.5

5 - Connect the power cord on the terminal strip of the RAMPS and the LCD connectors

6 - Fit the LCD panel + side panel with the main body

7 - Assemble with the 4 remaining screws, the longest going into the hole next to the button of the LCD monitor
