3D model description

Product Name: Interbody implant (ALIF- anterior access cage).
Scope of application: The cage is designed to replace vertebrae

Description:
Fully porous implant Modulus ALIF, designed for the use of additive manufacturing technology.

Anterior interbody fusion of the lumbar spine (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion, abbreviated ALIF) is currently one of the main methods of treating discogenic pain syndrome in the back. The anterior retroperitoneal access used in this case provides the possibility of intervention on the entire ventral surface of the intervertebral disc, thereby greatly simplifying total discectomy and subsequent installation of an interbody implant, the size of which can be quite large.

The design maximizes additive manufacturing potential by combining highly porous end plates with an optimized internal structure that mimics the porosity and stiffness of bone to reduce stress. Using the improved topography of the microporous surface, it creates an ideal environment for bone growth. This form also leads to improved imaging performance compared to traditional titanium interbody implants.
Surface architecture is becoming an increasingly important part of the splicing process.

Cage Form:
β€’ monolithic side surfaces (1 mm), front and back of the cage with mesh
β€’ there is a tool hole on the front (M4 thread) and 2 holes for mounting screws;
β€’ the inside is made hollow to facilitate and accommodate osteoinductive material in it.

Material requirements:
The material used is Ti6Al4V grade titanium must comply with ASTM F136 and GOST R ISO 5832
