3D model description

Cures Z-wobble like the original by Steamkraft. Designed from scratch, but serves the same function. Did not fancy disassembling the printer or using so many screws, so used snap fits and tight tolerances where possible. Also uses the Cetus nozzle wrench as a stiffening member (doubles as a wrench holder!).

Caution: As part is designed to be a permanent addition, snap fits are tight and not easily removed. you'd have to either break the part or clear one end of the profile to slide the part out. Decide if this is for you & test fit on a separate profile (filament spool holder) if in doubt.

Parts Required:
1x m3 nut
1x m3x20 screw
1x Included nozzle wrench

Assembly:
1) Insert the m3 nut into the channel (might be a tight/loose fit depending on your dimensional accuracy. Shave some material off it it is too tight)
2) Pre-thread the screw into the nut to snug it into the channel and keep it aligned. Remove screw.
3) Attach wrench
4) Position part at correct height and snap into profile (will take some force).
5) Secure screw from bottom of base plate (see pictures). Done! Easy Peasy

See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2284615 to store your nozzles on the printer.
